Let Yoga Be Your Grounding Resource.

Grounded Resources Yoga is a traveling pop-up/pop-in yoga focused company, founded at the beginning of 2017 in Englewood, CO.  Although relocated to the Bitterroot Valley of Montana in 2019, classes are and forever will be, designed uniquely to you and your event.  Whether a strong Vinyasa flow or a gentle Hatha class with a restorative blend, it’ll be up to you.

Grounded Resources Yoga offers private and group classes; yoga and a hike; yoga in the park; yoga “parties” including yoga and tea/coffee/beer/wine, bachelor/bachelorette celebrations and before wedding bliss packages.

Instructor, Natalie Moses, is 200hr. certified from Yandra Yoga Institute, a Yoga Alliance certified school.  She carries her own liability insurance and has been teaching since receiving her certification in January of 2011.  Natalie enjoys connecting with her students and is driven to provide a safe, fun and relaxing environment for each of her classes.

Here’s what clients think about Grounded Resources Yoga!

Natalie was so wonderful to work with coordinating a beer & yoga event in Oklahoma! Her class was a perfect balance of calmness, positivity, and hard work!

It was a true pleasure having Natalie teach at The Inner Warrior. She arrived early and was very conscientious and flexible with her teaching style to make sure it fit our “expectations”. She taught with a smile and her joy of teaching and experience was apparent.

I took Natalie’s class for over a year and during that time, she demonstrated a true passion for her students’ well-being, her dedication to teaching, and her ceaselessly positive, uplifting spirit. Natalie is a very supportive instructor and takes time to make all of her students feel safe and comfortable while offering challenges to help us expand our practice. Natalie is also extremely professional – she was always prompt, and clearly put thought and creativity into planning our classes.

Natalie has taught Yoga classes at various companies on behalf of the Milwaukee YMCA. Natalie has a passion for yoga that translates to her students that keeps them engaged and motivated. Feed back from her classes is excellent and her knowledge and delivery is top notch. I highly recommend Natalie as a Yoga Instructor.

When Natalie first started teaching she asked if I was interested in getting some friends together, leave the kids at home (with our significant others of a baby sitter of course), and come to yoga at the park.  I was thrilled to have this offer!  Each Sunday during the summer months, we met at McKinley Marina under the shade of a tree, had an hour yoga practice and got to relax.  Even though Natalie was brand new to teaching, she was fun and engaged in the classes and we all appreciated the time we spent with her.
